With over a decade of experience in property, geotechnical engineering, and high-performing real estate sales, Dylan combines technical knowledge with genuine passion to help people find not just a property, but a lifestyle they love.

Born and raised in Tasman, Dylan has a deep connection to the region. It’s where he grew up, where he chooses to live, and where he’s passionate about helping others put down roots.

Before stepping into real estate, Dylan worked in geotechnical engineering across major infrastructure projects, including foundation analysis for high-rise buildings and tunnel systems. This hands-on experience with land, soil, and structural integrity gave him a strong technical foundation that now informs his approach to property, particularly when it comes to lifestyle blocks, land development potential, rural considerations, and the complexities of waterfront & lifestyle ownership, such as erosion, boundaries, and access.

He later transitioned into real estate sales in Sydney, where he refined his skills in negotiation, marketing strategy, and buyer psychology. Now back in New Zealand, Dylan brings all of that experience together to deliver smart, honest, and high-level service to every client.
